K-3 and legal stuff

Yeah, I'd like to know that too - what's the advantage of K-3?
Also, you mentioned having an attorney - is it really necessary to get legal help when filing an AOS from F-1?

i'm in california til june then i intend to move to hawaii - if i apply for aos here (now) will i have to still deal with ins here (cali) - ie: travel to cali for interviews, fingerprinting etc.??
