well in that case the only two places where they ask for address is DS230 and DS156.....230 says present address (inclined to put UK) 156 says Home address...(UK or Lagos?)...considering on the forms...

they are not opposites, i meant i suggest she stays till her interview, but if the deadline to leave is getting close, she should leave, then come back in. For example, if her interview date falls...

i am not playing with the truth, i am upfront and totally honest about everything, we are not hiding anything and the reason as to why we are filing in the UK is because she was there as a student...

no, not at all, i won't ask her to over stay, if she has to go back before the interview date then i will suggest that and we will return for the interview

actually, now that she is going, i have suggested to her to stay in the UK until her interview is over....so when she goes this weekend, she will be there till she receives her visa....

we don't know that yet because she is going back this weekend, so after she gets there this weekend we will know when she must leave by, probably will be given a month to stay

ok so what do you think on my situation? if we transfer the case at this stage to Nigeria we will be set back another 4-6 months....everything seems ok at the london embassy, she can just continue...

i just the 1-866 US embassy in London, and the guy i spoke with said it is ok for her to continue, i told him the situation and he said yea, as long as she can legally come in for her interview in...

so when she is filling out the DS-230 and 156 paper work, when she is asked where she lives she should not put her UK address? that is where is currently living now that she is going back to the UK....
