Yes we are happy something is happening and going by other forums we should get RPFR in about two weeks time. We can apply for a BOWP a few days before out permit runs out to keep us all in status....

BOWP now asking for proof of funds?

we are applying for a BOWP and an OWP for myself under CEC, (not express entry) as part of the form it's asking for proof of funds.
is my husband looking at the wrong forms?

Still waiting for CEC PR 1yr later.

We applied for our PR via CEC 1yr ago on 28th March. Medicals were done end Oct but we have heard nothing since. Anyone else in the same boat?

Yes you are right he is no longer working in Canada. His employer is no longer at the location stated on his current WP which expires 29th April 2015. He would apply onine in Canada and then leave...

That is what we are hoping is going to happen, we are going to give it until the end of the month and if we hear nothing my husband will come home and apply for the BOWP and then go back to Scotland....

Our situation is that my husband's employer no longer has work for him so he is in Scotland working at the moment because he could not get another LMO to obtain a new work permit to keep him here....

I checked before and it is listed on there. Thanks for clarifying it as I have been reading the info on the Immigration website but it's not very clear.
