Margarita is a lot safer than it used to be,and nothing like Caracas,which is a place I wouldn't go to.

At least 1200 dollars a month.
There are no direct flights from the U.K. now so it means coming through Frankfurt with Condor,or Paris.
Due to the political situation it is not easy to get a visa...
