My husband will be commuting to the airport frequently (not everyday though)...hence we need to be within a reasonable distance. Currently in LA his commute is approx 40 mins with not much traffic. ...

Hotscot...what storm? It was hardly what I call "a storm"...you mean the heavy rain! No I wasn't too keen on it. I had to take my car out and get it all dirty!
