I only know of returning citizens including citizens by descent who have never lived on the island before having this granted. When my parents and aunties moved they were all granted this...

Hi,

sorry about this confusion line... I mean that I would like to simply live well as I live at home. Canada is not so expensive comparing to UK. Is St.Lucia only for rich retired people or a 35...
