Batchelors Mushy Peas at my local supermarket for $2.69, that is pretty spendy for a small can of peas. I got them for a while but have since stopped.

This happened to me many years ago.
I made a reservation with one of the big rental companies via phone and got the rate etc, I told them I wished to decline extra coverage because my CC covered it...

That's how I got my first US license in TX but it was more than 30 years ago.
They just looked at my UK license and gave me a TX one by reciprocity, no test written or practical. I also kept the UK...

You can open a bank account without a SSN, you can apply for and use a TIN from the IRS.
Some banks will accept the TIN, but the OP probably won't want to do that either.

Just go to any nursing school and see how many of the student nurses are in their 40's.
The nursing schools are full of people wanting...

They will try find insurance on the private market, but that is difficult; otherwise they will try the state insurance pool...
