we just moved back to the UK from Vancouver Island. Not sure what side of Canada you are shipping from but we used Highland-Worldwide based in Vancouver/Richmond. Very good price. No problems....

I spoke to CRA about this and you must have 20 years in Canada if you are non-resident when you apply. The reciprocal agreement on pensions only applies to pensions you pay into.
