tourist visa's in 2008 were raised from 6 months to one year..!! and i still have a current visa !! god help the indian tourism if they reduce it to 3 months......money talks ... and india whether it...

As 1 last aside my neighbour in calangute has a portfolio of 19 properties !! all rented out to the max...first sniff of trouble..i'll be the first to know..if the powers that be at the time take it...

ps..i paid my deposit to peter as the uk agent..with further stage payments to be paid to the indian developer..HAVI HOMES INFRACSRTUCER PVT.LTD...I have contracts all emails and proof of monies paid...
