Yes I know what you are saying but I think it also goes to prove just how immature he actually is. If he was truly 'in love' with this girl back home, he would still be miserable and wanting to go...

LOL YES!!! And there is the outdoor winter dirtbiking event that goes on in Leduc. He will NOT participate of course, but wants to go see it :)

The problem is that he did not want to continue school in the UK and up until a week before they moved here was super excited about coming here. His dad and I have waited 2 1/2 years to be together....

Kamploops is beautiful and fairly warm. So is Kelowna and anywhere in the Okanogan :) I am sure you will find something suitable. I love BC and would love to retire there.

Oh yes! I was born and raised here in Alberta and STILL hate the snow! lol

I am sure he will love it here once he gets a chance to meet people his own age and see there is alot to do :)

My husband spoke to his son (bare in mind I am Canadian - I did not move here - they did) and he has promised to give it a fair shot. He agrees that he has been a bit hasty and not thinking clearly...

Thanks guys. Not to worry. Once he is here he will only be going back to visit his daughters and mother and I WILL BE GOING with him :) No more airport goodbyes! LOL (FINGERS CROSSED THAT IS) ;)
