au contraire. the 457 can lead to residency. as for me, at the age of 42, you go on that visa, you spend 2 years and you can get an 856 off the back of it. during the 2 years if you successfully pass...

Well, she is a director of the company and the guy i interviewed with said that she was experienced in ENS visas...however they seem very focussed on 457 visas to the exclusion of the 856.
