I don't know what the procedure is for transferring, but at least it shows there are approved...

Congrats Mark! Before you hire a lawyer check out the K1 visa process and form I-129F on the uscis website. We did use an attorney for that phase only but with hindsight we could have saved some...

Thanks for the very helpful info. Sounds like my cause for wanting my pension out of the uk may be unnecessary if the changes described occur.
