Oh wow this is amazing, Yes that would be Rafiqu the builder and he has done a great job for me and some other people also. I returned a couple of weeks ago from another trip as looking to rent it...

The contractor had built for my family previously and actually lives just down the road so I am sure that helped also. I had an architect overssee the early stages also but once the structural things...

Well 9 months later and I thought I should report back as I am please with the results and now have a house in the Grenada. Building started in January and I am going out to complete in a few weeks....

Thanks for this advice. I have thought about this and been in touch with a builder and seen that there has been a reduction on sand cement and steel now and 235 EC being quoted which is so much more...

How much would you expect to pay to build a 3 bed 2 bath home? say 1700 square feet on stilts. 2 years ago it was $275 US I think per square feet to include everything but I am not sure if that has...
