Agreed. But allotment of CO takes minimum of two weeks up to a month or so. This could be an issue as i have to upload documents till 28 days from date of lodging application.

Yes I submitted online inquiry on DIAC site for TRN. They were quick to provide me the TRN number. Application was successfully lodged yesterday.

But its online system, and should treat regardless of time zones unless there is any system error.
