Re: Jacinda Adern Resigns

She only saved a few 10k lives, that's not good enough. The South Island is very much conservative country so whatever she did or would have done would not have been enough. Did Labour everything...

Re: Whitegoods, furniture and other shopping in Wellington

Thanks Elaine,
I tried Skinny but they don't deliver in my area.

Do people have suggestions where to buy a mattress? I saw a couple of shops in Thorndon Quay, is one of those any good?
Thanks!

Re: Whitegoods, furniture and other shopping in Wellington

I decided to go with Trustpower but they don't want my business. Apparently as an immigrant who's new to the country they don't trust my credit rating enough to give me broadband - they were happy...

Re: Whitegoods, furniture and other shopping in Wellington

That's one of the things you have to be told about, I'd never have imagined that discounted items get sold off even cheaper. Thanks a lot!

Can anyone comment on the power and broadband companies...

Whitegoods, furniture and other shopping in Wellington

Hello,

Re: Fumigation costs

Argh. Yes, that gives me a ballpark number, not one that I like but I reckon that's my problem. Thanks.

Fumigation costs

We're in the last two weeks before shipping and realise that some of our stuff we thought we'd sell and leave here is not finding buyers - at least to anywhere decent prices and I'm not greedy.
We...

Re: August Arrivals and Departures 2016

As an idea - I'd add removal company to the short list of questions as that always comes up. After a year you can get some good numbers with who people went with. If it was a good experience or not...

Re: Moving to Wellington from Germany - general advice

Cheers
