Now I have another question.
Suppose I go for 175 subclass. I apply for "ICT business analyst" (261111) and everything goes well and I am there.

NOW is there any binding in 175 subclass visa...

May be everyone don't do it because

1) it is more expensive to setup company than to just pay one time immigration fee.
Also it is running cost.

2) state prefers and keep it easy as it create...
