Your temp visa doesn't expire until a decision is made on PR. So, no, you don't become an illegal! (although it didn't stop my family claiming the other half was one anyway :lol:) Not sure...

Unfortunately not... Our application was received by Canberra on 1 July and we've been together 7 years, married 4... We're waiting to enrol hubby in second year uni (1st year at international rates...

We just checked our paperwork. Hubby was granted visa on 02.07.08 and we entered Australia on 12.09.10. We submitted our second stage and got the card back saying it was received 01.07.10. Not too...

I have just double-checked my form too and it's the same as yours. The only info they need is if there's a name change or passport change. Perhaps the forms have changed?
