Thanks Ian and dunroving. So to clarify... Whilst it is extremely unlikely, my best option is to try to find a state that accepts undrgrad without masters and then look at meeting their specific...

Ok, that sounds more promising.

My wife currently doesn't work as a nurse though so she is 'inactive' and would need to re-register to obtain her nursing pin number, so that she would be 'active'...

I can see and understand that a foreigner would stand little or no chance at all with those factors.
