The going rate appears to be 5%. Does any one have experience of negotiating this down?

Hi all

Moving to AD in September and need somewhere to live. I have three months accommodation provided but thereafter have to find my own place. I can't really face taking one of those empty...

Thanks for this. Does the above hold for Abu Dhabi, as distinct from Dubai? It's just that accommodation in AD seems to be so much more expensive (and not as good..)?
