Yes, have heard it can be done by a third party.
We also know people - it's just an extra hassle. Still, par for the course I guess. At least she's not separated, so no hassle there...

How onerous is the medical? Osteoporosis is one of those conditions that you live with, just need to avoid the bungee jumping. Requires a tablet now and again, but thats about all.
