that's right. but this is for spouse visa. provisional spouse visa has been granted with indefinite stay. not after 2 years, permanent spouse visa will be granted.

Facing problem with decalaration for spouse visa

Is it necessary that the PR who is signing statutory declaration for spouse visa know both the sponsor and the applicant ? What if he/she only knows the sponsor and havent yet met the applicant ?

Questions on form filling - Spouse Visa

There is a section in the FORM 47SP, which is used to launch spouse visa application, where it is written that you have to provide proof of residence if you are permanent resident of Australia.
