Default How to notify the Immi about change of circumstances after visa grant

It says at the immi site:

You can also advise the department by submitting a completed form relevant to your change of circumstances.
See:
Form 1022 Notification of changes in circumstances (250KB PDF file)
Form 1023 Notification of incorrect answer(s) (248KB PDF file)

But it doesnot mention address. Does any one knows where do I have to send these forms?

You send it to whichever office is dealing with your application. However if your visa has already been granted...

You do not have to notify the department of any changes in your circumstances that occurred:
• after you were granted your visa (if you applied for your visa in Australia); or
• after you have been immigration cleared (if you applied for your visa outside Australia).
For a change of address or passport use Form 929.

that's right. but this is for spouse visa. provisional spouse visa has been granted with indefinite stay. not after 2 years, permanent spouse visa will be granted.

and this is why I need to tell dept about new address.

If you're changing your address then use Form 929.

Now the processing was done by my country embassy for spouse visa.

If you're in Australia then to the DIBP office in whichever state/territory you are living. There's a list of addresses on Page 2 of Form 929. If you're overseas then send it to the Australian diplomatic mission which deals with applications from your home country, e.g. London, Berlin, Moscow, etc..

When rhe temp spouse visa was granted it will have had a letter with it informing you of where to send change of circumstances. From memory, its usually Brisbane, but check the letter - I don't have the details with me I'm afraid.
