just check the grant letter and his family is on partner provisional visa sub class 309

He is biological father of kid,

when he got citizenship his family was on 801 visa which is partner or spouse visa and they will get PR after specific time which is 2 years as DIBP mentioned

his wife is on partner visa 801 at the moment and his wife and kid both are eligible for medicare and other rights.

They arrived on 485 visa and baby was not bourn in Australia.

One thing is very confusing will immigration ask australian citizen to deport his family due to autism of his kid while kid is also...

yes you are right may be but they have to even pick or transfer the call to agent

It is like you want to contact with your bank on phone for ATM card there are lots of menu but to enter...
