got my LOI last night, 5.29pm Vancouver time.

i sent them a fairly rude email about an hour before and they replied with my LOI :D

my application had been sent to the final stage on april...

hey,

yeah i have the guide, but on form IMM 5540. the sponsor (my fiance) has to fill this one out. but some of the questions ask if you are a naturalized canadian or permanet resident and if so...

when we have to send the validated IMM1295 form via email. what do you do on the signature bit? it wont let u type in the field.

this is the email i got from an immigration lawyer:

You have number of options.
As you are on working holiday visa, you cannot extend it as a 'working holiday'. However, your employer can help...

thanks for the info so far,

we have all the appropriate things that we need i.e. joint bank accounts, credit cards, rental agreement.

i feel i need to goto an immigration...

we will be officially living together 1 full year with no breaks on the day that my visa expires.

when can i apply? on that day or before? and will i get a work visa extension?
