right i am afraid to be catched specially that my point exceed the 120 point which DIAC so why i should be forced to stay in a place i did not even try before , got it?

sorry i may made you confuse but
i was applied for 175 in my immigration application
then got my SS without allocate the 1100 form to my 175 application file number

ok i understand now ,then you mean that the grant letter should be modified to show 176-sponsered not 175 - independent

sorry i know that i am asking a lot i got the visa me and my wife and my 2 childer should we all landing b4 the initial entry expire or just me , by the way i am the main applicant.

by the way i did not apply for 176 i applied for 175 and i got the SS after lodging my 175 application .

i have been asked for sponsership cause a friend told me that i can apply for 176 if the 175 rejected , i did that before arrive 35 year cause when i arrive 35 my points will decrease , so i got a SS...

i have application for 175 visa in dec 2007 and all documents between me and the CO and DIAC showing 175
