In our case the dogs were with us until we checked in our baggage so probably up to about an hour and a half before the flight. At the other end they were there waiting for us when we came through...

Our internet got connected in a couple of days.........the telephone on the other hand took six weeks. It's all funny in retrospect - most people's response was 'that's Telus for ya' !

We've just made a month as well! 1st couple of weeks were really hectic with getting health cards & perm rez cards sorted.
Was very please to hear we can now swap our drivers licience for a BC one...

16 days to go! Vancouver Island BC-on our way

We're moving from West Sussex UK to Vancouver Island BC with our 3 dogs, goods and chattels to follow.
Already sorted a rented property and got our fingers crossed to find work, any work to start...
