I dont have arranged employment , I dont understand what you mean, I have prev work experience which falls under NOC,thats it.

Hey, don't bother....apply for it....I dont know why consultants said this, many people are still coming to Canada....dont worry......apply for it.....I applied recently and got it......1 yr study...
