We have got our permanent resiidence visas and are heading out to Toronto to validate them at the end of next month. Does anyone know if we have to transfer enough money into our canadian bank...

We have e-mailed them 3 times over the last 2 weeks. They claim to have lost 2 sets of police certificates even though they say they have all other info that was in the same envelopes.
