Default When to Transfer Funds?

We have got our permanent resiidence visas and are heading out to Toronto to validate them at the end of next month. Does anyone know if we have to transfer enough money into our canadian bank account to cover the minmum personal net worth amount before we go? Thanks

Does not matter what currency your available funds are in or where they are so long as you can demonstrate that they are yours.

Net worth is altogether different, it is assets minus liabilities and could include real estate, cash, art and any other investments.

A print out of your UK bank statement is all you need. You probably won't even be asked for it - but best take it just in case.
