Well thanks for all replies, he will be convicted there is no doubt about it, so that's it for 5 years which is what I warned him could be the case.

Was your AOR 25th November 2017, because that would mean PR in little over 6 weeks, if so was there a reason for it being so expedited?

Re photos, be careful how you write on them, we had some rejected because the ball point pen had left marks on the front. Them we had some rejected because the fine liner pen allegedly left ink...

Unfortunatly the forms we need are the ones with the sticker for affixing the photos , I can't find the form to download anywhere presumably because of the sticker.

URGENT FORMS IM5455 NEEDED

We have been told that we need to submit new photos & IM5455 (SUPPLEMENTARY ID FORMS), this will be the third set we have submitted due to "unsatisfactory photos".

Thanks for the replies guys - good point by Aviator, anyone know if you can choose to go though customs & immigration if you are having say a 6 hour layover between connecting flights on one ticket...

Does anybody have any up to date knowledge who could comment on the validity of our landing plan. We have to land by mid October (meds anniversary) but due to various reasons haven't really got time...
