hi there...from what i was told..you should only apply 2-3 weeks in advance...not before that...and i don't think you can do it online..you have to send a postal application (form 1006) or apply in...

I got my Bridging Visa B couple of days ago...took less than 10 mins to get it over the counter...no fuss...i am going for my cousin's wedding....
