Good restaurants are mainly found in the 5 star hotels as well as a few others in Ghirgharesh and the old town. Depends on what you fancy eating, whether its typical libyan food or more...

If you can avoid shipping anything that would be best ... there is so much paper work and the harbour tends to be very very busy so you will have to wait a while till your packages are screened...
