Re: Ready Reckoner on life in each State/City?

Don't know really but its not miles.
There is a large variance in this aspect so it depends on other factors.

Re: Ready Reckoner on life in each State/City?

I will add those towns to my list.
But isn't Oregon just a tiny tad less bad and lefty/liberal/in love with Barry & Nancy than CA?
I also read that people were leaving the state in droves due to...

Re: Ready Reckoner on life in each State/City?

I am not discounting them but they are hardly an every day or even regular/frequent occurrence for, say, 99% of the population of Continental USA.

Re: Ready Reckoner on life in each State/City?

No, its the fault of those who built and continued to build a society in an earthquake zone, especially when there was (and still is) tons of space elsewhere.

Re: Ready Reckoner on life in each State/City?

Of course I am aware of the above but I wouldn't describe them as geological.
I am not aware of any geological disasters on continental USA where almost everyone lives (Katrina doesn't count of...

Re: Ready Reckoner on life in each State/City?

Really?
I know CA is iffy with earthquakes but that's their own fault really.

I am not aware of many other places in the USA that are unstable - otherwise how would anything get done, homes...

Re: Ready Reckoner on life in each State/City?

No, not really (answered in the hilarious Karl Pilkington style).

But I think I can find a place for me, something that I think we all would ideally like even and if it didn't tick all of the...

Re: Ready Reckoner on life in each State/City?

Thank you very much for your help  This will help.

Funny, as Kentucky made it on my list and hadn't been crossed out yet (and I do like horses and horse racing).
Virginia may also be an...

Re: Ready Reckoner on life in each State/City?
