Try ringing Roger who owns the Killarney irish bar in toulouse, he knows a lot of scots and musicians through the pub and the rugby crowd.

I don`t have a driving license so that won't be a problem for me , thats why we were hoping to find a place near to the school , however we do have a dog so that makes things a little more...
