Thanks for the input guys.. I am in no hurry but just wanted a timeline how much longer am I expected to wait to land. I think it takes 2 months for PR card after that as well.

How did you find out that your decision will be made soon? What is your timeline? Did you get GCMS anytime soon?

The due date of Oct 15, was it under Application Assisgnment? What I meant was the new due date, was it done by a visa officer in buffalo or ottawa? It seems, your eligiblity was verified in Ottawa...

Is your ECAS App Received? Usually when they review your eligiblity they then put your ECAS IN PROCESS. The latest comment made by VO, should provide more insight in your case!

What does IN PROCESS mean on Ecas? Everything is fine and all checks have been completed and just need one final review from the Visa Officer?

Nearly 16 months in total... seems like the wait is going to be more like 2-3 months. I wonder how long it takes once your file gets transferred to Ottawa?

I applied March 2011 to Buffalo, PNP. I think you might have applied after september and what ottawa did was if they were handling your case they would put it in process and issue MR. Then have BF...
