Mind that in the Algarve nowadays camping or place a caravan in a agriculture land is absolutly forbiden.

For instances lloyds Bank is also an international bank but BBVA bought lloyds Portugal only as it was a portuguese company.

btw, CGD has about 184 branches in Lisbon area alone.

what small banks do you mean? Barclays in Portugal is small bank as its legally a portuguese bank independant from the UK.

That or the wooden house is not on top of soil but on some piers but that also depends on camera and the zone, if its ecological reserve the camera can make you remove even a caravan.

Yes you should have a contract to be safe, usually the owner asks 2 months rent in advance plus a Caução (a month rent for damage that is returned if the property is ok)

Its indeed the number of bedrooms, but for instances if a house has a separate livingroom and dinningroom you cant tell the diference with a Tn description

For long term parking you can use the lowcost parking at the airport and then take the subway or bus to wherever you want to go.

Albufeira is nice as its just in the center of the algarve and it has a good network of local buses, average rents for a T1 apartment in albufeira starts at 400 euros, full furnitured

Oura is just about seashore, and if you find a villa for 550 euros a month just take it no questions asked, its a real bargain, average prices for villas in albufeira outskirts is over 750...
