Hi All,

I am currently 14 months into my waiting for a case officer having applied for my 820 with my now wife back in August last year.

Does anyone have an updated idea on current processing...

Looks like that list on the other forum i posted. Ill work through that taking out the obvious ones not on the online section. Ill have multi-page pdf's with tables of content...

They didn't use an agent for the 457 approved sponsor. I may need to look at using an agent for the 801 application though. Myself and my G/F have been together 3.5 years which 3 of those...

Yeah,

Ive had a couple of sources today say that if your 457 is cancelled then your bridging visa would be too.

There may be another option through labour hire though if my boss isnt able to...

I have another question.

The way things are looking i should be able to get all documents and evidence apart from the UK and Australian Police checks and the Medicals by the end of the week.
