yes..u r right..
it is mentioned in exactly the same fashion..
but no where i could find evidence about the period of stay in Australia for validation of visa..
There begins the confusion..

i hav completed PR through an agent..
he mentioned a month..that troubles me..i cant come there for a month for now..

Med requirement on 7th Dec'10.
Finished Med on 17th Dec'10.
Then there were Christmas vacations, so no progress for almost 3 weeks I suppose.
No requirement of form 80. Infact not even a PCC. Only...

i got a call from CO asking for medicals on 7th Dec'09.
But he didnt ask for my PCC again. I had submitted a PCC earlier while lodging my file to DIAC. Last PCC submitted is not...

I have applied for 175 visa.
My occupation is on the CSL.
Submitted docs for CDR assessment in Feb'09.
CDR cleared by Engineer's Australia in July'09.
Submitted next stage docs...
