I believe you need to submit your application with all supporting documents such as IELTS result, medical and police check. Otherwise, your case may be rejected and you will have to re-apply again.

Dear canyon_flute,

I suggest you speak to the WA Skilled Migration Center to clarify all your queries. Transferring $500,000 to Australia before they offer you a sponsorship does not sound right...
