I just checked out car prices on this website http://www.autoshow.com.au/
and it said a 1994 Ford Laser KH GL, is on for sale at $5,222! That's nearly £3000 for what is no more than a 15...

Hi Badge,

I will not have that much of a deposit, maybe between $20k-$30k. I plan to rent for a bit first and then buy a property. My mortgage at the moment is £1000 a month ($1850) on a salary...

Yes a flat would not be ideal as I have a partner, daughter and a dog, so I would really need a house with a bit of a garden. An area with good schools is also a necessity because...
