I married my husband in Aug 2011, in the USA, and lived with him until January 2013. I then moved from the states to the UK. I am a UK citizen, and I never went through AOS in the states.

No, it had a full colour passport styled photo on it, stapled on. It was hand written and looked like, maybe, something from the I-192?
