I have no idea about immigration rules at that point I just came to know about immigration rules when I struck at 2yr study requirement....

Currently I am on a 572 student visa and if I apply for 485 GSM I will be on bridging visa and when Case Officer is allocated and refuses my application because of 2yr study requirement is not...

i applied my TR before feb 8 2010 so ill be falling uinder old rules so i need ielts 7 in each band to apply PR.

currently iam on TR and it is expiring on 12th may 2012 as if now i don't have ielts 7 band in each component my recent test result was 7 in each but 6.5 in reading, so can i apply PR without ielts...
