Of the ones you mention, Occupational Therapy is the only one indicated as being of higher demand at the moment if the prioritisation with the CSL is to be taken as a guide...

The 651 is good for just three months and if you wanted to stay longer you would have to look at applying for another visa if possible, ie.
You need to check whether the eVisa has a No Further Stay...

Once the visa is granted, a record will be in the DIAC computerised system and if you have the letter or even an email as back-up you should be OK travelling without the sticker and get it put in on...

It'll depend in the first instance on attitude of the employer but there is no age limit in respect to a temporary residency visa - the 457.

There is the 45 YO age limit re permanent residency...

Unless there were eceptional circumstances and an experience exemption granted you still need to have three years of experience before an employer can sponsor you.

It depends on the basis of your PR application eg.
If you are using time spent on a 457 as a qualifying visa it is definitely two years on a 457 before being eligible to apply for an ENS/RSMS....
