Absolutely not! Pre-Granted = who received a pregranted lettle from CO to pay the English fee for your partner who does not take IELTS test

Hi Guys, several non-CSL 475 applicants who pre-granted before Sep. 23th have gotten the VISA after Oct. I think it is a piece of good news in any rates.

Angry Was Non-CSL Applicant pending until 3 years later?

From the current info collected, CSL applicants are processing to who lodged on March/April of 2009. Why non-CSL even with state nomination has to wait for 3 years to be finalised?
I really cannot...
