Yeah - they sent me a notice telling me to apply for the removal. The 90 days is June 8 so I guess they are giving me plenty of notice!

Great thanks! I don't think our case is weak so I'll probably just skip them and include all the financials. Worse case scenario they interview us and I have no worries at all over that - nothing...

Oh but just a thought. You do have the option of applying for an Employment authorization before you get married but that means extra costs and they won't guarantee that it will be issued before...

I had to wait for just over 60 days after submitting. We filed on June 2 and my Employment card came August 6. I know how frustrating it can be but you're nearly there now!!!

Yeah its likely to be around 2-3 months before i can start earning an income and i've been told i'll have my EAD within 60 days by the USCIS yesterday but thanks for the advice!
