Thanx for the advice all, I must agree the education part is giving me an headache i dont know what to do . i know some people do put children into state school and are fine and i have read others...

i will def do my homework and will not rush in to anything rash i now realise it is going to take longer then i thought so glad i found this site . renting does seem the best way...
