The cannabis is a caution. ABH was not cautioned trialled or convicted.

Being a non-pensioner aged British citizen it's unlikely then once that's denied I have to declare that too which will not help the cause

I believe it will all be denied because I haven't read of anybody on this forum who has been successful with drug related issues and travelling or living in the US

I haven't decided myself yet. Since I went vegan mid-year I will be making all of my own food to carry along and yes I could have veg but I want it to be a cohesive meal.

Since one must be 'highly skilled' for the employment-based routes (L1, H1-B) to sponsorship. Why did your company choose to spend thousands on you rather than one of the many unemployed US citizens...

It was actually in March. Do you have the question as it would have been in 2013? All I remember vaguely was a CIMT question. Either way it is likely I answered no.

I didn't answer that question from my understanding this is a new (reworded?) question which was put in place in 2014. I completed the form in mid 2013
