A caution is not a crime of moral turpitude (CIMT) so you will be fine. I had a number of offences two involving assualt and still recieved a visa. good luck!

I renewed my damaged UK passport recently and they will add up to 9mths of any unexpired time to the new passport. FWIW...

I am in the same situation, no father on my birth cert. Simply put Not Known on any questions on forms relating to this. I did so on my successful B2 application and this situation is quite common.

Not sure if this is relevant to the OP.When I call my girlfriend in the US i us a company called 18185. You register a debit / crdeit card with them and you dial the 18185 prefix before US number....
