Dogs saliva is najis (unclean)so you cannot pray in a room where there is dog saliva, so as a precaution, most will not allow a dog indoors, but will use it as a guard dog/ outside pet.

I would hope that the police/ welfare office should deal with this well.
Since muslims were specifically warned by the prophet muhhamad (pbuh) not to be cruel to animals.

to google international shooting club abu dhabi, I would have needed to know it existed in the first place. Several searches just left me with Sharjah ( which doesnt do the disciplines I made...

Hopefully I will be coming to live in dubai with my wife and work as an anaesthetist.
I am a keen shooter in the UK ( have all the relevant police and home office approval etc) and was hoping...
