if I manage the 115 scores, can I apply 136 instead of 137, though I applied the STNI beforehand since I don't want stay in one place for two years

I know why his wife is the Primary Applicant, if they need sponsors from relatives from her family, it's the requirement that she should be the primary applicant

if ACS find your application materials not ample enough, they will ask you to submit another project description about 1000words, which is instructed in the acs.org.au

it seems to me that it will extand the working experience for RPL without tertiary qualification to >8years.
